The first Maastricht Behavioral Economic Policy Symposium (M-BEPS 2015), which takes place 9 June at the School of Business and Economics (SBE), will bring together behavioural and experimental researchers from different disciplines, as well as policy makers and practitioners interested in human behaviour in economic environments. The Symposium will feature discussion of current relevant topics and exchange among European policy makers, international researchers and practitioners.
Presenters and participants
Presenting their work at M-BEPS 2015 will be Thomas Dirkmaat (Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs), Catherine Eckel (Texas A&M University), Jonas Fooken (Institute for Public Health and Consumer Protection, Joint Research Institute, Europ. Commission), Ryan Muldoon (World Bank), Andrew Schotter (New York University) and Marc van der Steeg (Dutch Ministry of Education).
In addition, participants in round table discussions will include Jordi Brandts (CSIC, Barcelona GSE), Didier Fourage (ROA, Maastricht University), Bart Golsteyn (ROA, Maastricht University), Arno Riedl (Maastricht University) and Adriaan Soetevent (Groningen University).

The one-day symposium will be held at Tongersestraat 53 in Maastricht, and will start with an opening lunch at 11:30 am and close with an informal get-together around 6:00 pm.
