Elsevier’s yearly “Best Studies” issue has been released. Based on the Nationale Studenten Enquête and the Elsevier Faculty Rating, the ranking of Dutch universities and higher education programmes contains results from both full professors and students in the Netherlands. This year’s ranking provided SBE with three number one spots based on students’ opinions.
SBE maintained the number one spot for its BSc International Business programme and secured a first place for its BSc Fiscal Economics and BSc Econometrics and Operations Research programmes. The BSc Economics and Business Economics holds its second place spot for a fourth year in a row.
Elsevier no longer ranks master’s programmes, but the results for several of SBE’s MSc programme are noteworthy:
- Students in SBE’s Management of Learning master’s are the most satisfied of all students in similar programmes in the Netherlands.
- MSc International Business has the second highest total score of comparable programmes in the Netherlands.
- Students of the MSc Global Supply Chain Management and Change programme in Venlo are also “very satisfied” overall.
Maastricht University was ranked as the second best specialised university in The Netherlands in both the student and full professor ranking.
