SCOPE Maastricht is a Study Association at the School of Business and Economics at Maastricht University. With more than 3000 members – Bachelor as well as Master students, SCOPE Maastricht is the largest study association in Maastricht.
SCOPE Maastricht is the umbrella organisation for the specialised study associations SCOPE | 3MA (Marketing, Organisation, Strategy, Supply Chain Management), SCOPE | Economics (Economic Studies, Infonomics), SCOPE | FOCUS (Accounting, Controlling, Finance) and SCOPE | Vectum (Econometics, Operations Research).
SCOPE Maastricht aims to support the international student population and to fulfill their interests by working intensively and closely with the SCOPE associations, the university and affiliated firms/organisations.
SCOPE Maastricht seeks to achieve a balance between academic and social activities. Summaries, exam trainings, extra tutorials and skills trainings offer members further educational preparation and development. Company visits and extra skill trainings offer real life insights and create a valuable link between the university’s theoretical curriculum and practical corporate life. Parties, trips abroad and the magazine ‘The SCOPE’ enable students to get socially involved and enrich their Maastricht experience.
SCOPE Maastricht and the SCOPE associations are non-profit organisations. The associations are closely linked with the faculty – all activities are organised by students.
SCOPE Maastricht offers access to young international talents of all study directions and years at the School of Business and Economics, which ranks among the 1 percent of Business Schools worldwide that managed to achieve the Triple Crown Accreditation. SCOPE Maastricht offers business solutions to local as well as international companies.
